(2*3,5kg and 2*3kg) At first I thought that the ab track is easy, but it turned out to be much tighter. No push-ups unfortunately but you're definitely gonna have to get some smaller weights than usually if you wanna make it. Work hard, play hard and you get results. By the time you're done you can feel those calves burning. You sure ain't getting out of this one any easier than the previous one. It's just regular bicep curls, nothing too special really. I felt that the bicep track was easier so I had to add some weight. I watched the sizzler earlier and thought the combo was easier but guess again. (2*6,5kg) I really thought I could add some weight to the back track this time. The last few reps feel really hard but keep fighting. The same combo as for the squats, you really gotta hold it down there. Well Fergie, it just killed my chest! This edition has no regular push-ups, which is sad cause I've kinda learned to love doing push-ups during the remixes of BodyPump. Following cardiac arrest, effective CPR enables enough oxygen. It's early to say but this release really gets your heart rate up and pumping. Low body temperatures, as sometimes seen in near-drownings, prolong the time the brain survives. I don't usually prep for the new class but I watch the sizzler and listen to some of the tracks so I have some kind of idea about what's coming up. Monday was the start for BodyPump 88 at my gym. I AM really happy to see Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger” show up….am a little surprised though that it’s a bicep track….pictured it elsewhere more, but that’s ok.It's time for another BodyPump review. They are the experts on putting it all together….this is my only “big heavy sigh” in it all. But otherwise I think once a song has been done in a program, it shouldn’t be repeated…even for a different track (i.e.-Teen Spirit…shoulders once, then chest the next time or Get the party started for Tri’s first and then squats later, etc.) Otherwise, I love Les Mills and what they bring us. If it’s a great song in one program, why should that program be the only one to experience it? However, if you are an instructor or a member who teaches or takes many programs, the repetition could get old fast, and as an instructor it could be confusing having so many different chory’s. Now, when they repeat a song across several programs, I think that is different. Really, with all the great music out there, why must we repeat? Even if it’s a song we love, I don’t get it. I will never understand why they repeat songs…especially in the same exercise track.
